The announcements we place on-air are those that typically affect the most people and are most urgent. (School Events, Churches, Major Employers and Government Agencies).
Cancellations for groups and organizations that tend to affect fewer people will be posted on our website only…where time and space limitations are not a factor. We encourage our listeners to “call ahead” to their appropriate organization contact to inquire if a meeting or event has been cancelled.
To report your cancellation during traditional business hours (M-F 9a-5p) you may call us at 716-487-1151. We cannot accept any cancellations by email or voice mail. A member of our staff must receive your information…so if you are calling and get our automated voice mail system please be patient and call us back. We receive a great influx of calls from listeners and clients and will get to your call as soon as possible.
